The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate has been designed to allow owners to gain more performance out of their turbocharger without extensive modifications. This is a 12PSI internal wastegate actuator which will create a flatter boost curve which allows the turbo to come online faster and smoother. You will have less boost drop at peak boost when compared to the factory actuator. Once installed you can expect an increase of 3-4 PSI at peak boost with improved mid-range power.

This internal wastegate features a silicone diaphragm that also has nomex for better protection against heat. The outer part of the diaphragm features billet aluminum construction and has a stainless steel rod for corrosion resistance. A Locking Coller allows for quick spring changes, and this internal wastegate works best with any Turbosmart boost controller.
