These are the Torque Solution Rear Subframe Bushings. These bushings have been designed to lock down the rear subframe by drastically reducing movement. Once installed, these will provide better feedback under shifting, and they will provide the car a more solid feel under hard acceleration. Additionally, Torque Solution has developed these to perform under extreme conditions while using better materials in comparison to cheap plastic materials used on other aftermarket examples. Once installed these bushings will also help eliminate excessive drivetrain slop, and it will help reduce rear-end float under acceleration.
