Once you start performing modifications that produce more horsepower and more torque, then you will eventually surpass the limits of your factory engine mounts especially if you participate in high-performance driving conditions such as a weekend track day or autocross where heavy acceleration, braking, and cornering is more frequent. The Torque Solutions Engine Mounts are made using lightweight 6061-T6 billet aluminum materials that are machined to exact tolerances, and they are also combined with 75A durometer bushings to make these mounts suitable for both track and street use. The same engine mount has been tested on a 600+ HP 9 second vehicle.
