This is the Tial 38mm external wastegate, and this particular wastegate still utilizes the old-school 2-bolt external wastegate flange for those of you who may have an older style flange. This particular wastegate will come equipped with the .9 BAR (13. 05 psi) spring to make for an excellent base pressure and will come in a beautiful silver (polished) finish to improve the overall engine bay aesthetics.

DETAILS:

• Anodized silver finish
• High-temp NiCrFe based alloy valve and 347SS valve housing offer longer product life compared to competing designs
• High-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm
• 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature and resists “relaxing” up to 900°F (483°C)
• Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, and valve bushing
• All stainless steel hardware
• Mating weld flanges are 304L or 1018
• Includes wastegate
