Inspired by the OEM design, it balances airflow for even charge distribution and includes 5-ply fiber-reinforced silicone couplers that provide durability, flexibility, and vibration isolation. Our included couplers seamlessly join the y-pipe to the turbo as well as connect your intercooler to throttle body. We intentionally designed the turbo elbow coupler to be a little long to accommodate various OEM and aftermarket turbochargers. FITMENT NOTE – Y-Pipe Kits fit OEM STI or any aftermarket TMIC. It will not work with the smaller OEM intercooler on 02-07 WRX or 04-08 Forester XT. You can run this on an 02-07 WRX or 04-08 FXT, but you must also upgrade to an STI or aftermarket top mount intercooler.
