This is the Morimoto Anti-Flicker Capacitor Link. Some auto manufacturers have headlight circuits that utilize pulsating voltage to power daytime running lights, or as a way to prevent owners from modifying their factory lights. So if you have run into these kinds of issues such as flickering or buzzing relays then the Anti-Flicker Capacitor Link might just be the fix. Even if you try and cut corners by installing a relay harness the pulse will translate into the relays causing them to open and shut rapidly.

The Anti-Flicker Capacitor Link is a simple plug and play installation between the factory output and the harness input with just one ground to connect. Once installed. the capacitor link will intercept the pulsed voltage, store it, then release it in a smooth fashion into the harness. It will translate the irregular “on/off” signals to constant “on” signals.

Morimoto utilizes a 10,000 electrolytic capacitor along with 14 gauge wiring and 9006 male/female input/outputs for universal compatibility. These are sold individually and will be ready to install.
