The Mishimoto Teardrop Shift knob is a 2-piece hybrid design that features a stainless steel core with a thermoplastic outer shell that won’t burn or freeze the hand during the extremes of each season. The core of this shift knob is made from CNC machined 303 billet stainless steel for a proper counterweight, which weighs more in comparison to the typical thermoplastic shifters relative in size.

One of the better and more convenient features of this shift knob is the secondary mounting system that uses set screws to secure the shift knob rather than using threads. The screw will be covered by a rubber cap.
