The 2022+ WRX’s FA24WGT engine and VB chassis required Invidia to develop a new exhaust routing, the VB platform is not simply an updated VA system. The dual muffler N1 configuration is matched to the VB’s rear bumper exit geometry, and the 76mm piping is appropriate for the FA24WGT’s higher displacement and exhaust volume.
