The GrimmSpeed Lightweight Crank Pulley in black for the 2013-2021 Subaru BRZ / 2015-2018 Subaru WRX is an underdrive pulley that reduces rotating mass at the crankshaft , one of the most effective locations for weight reduction on an internal combustion engine. The factory pulley is significantly heavier than necessary, and the GrimmSpeed unit removes parasitic mass that the engine must accelerate every time the throttle is applied.
