The GrimmSpeed 44mm V-Band EWG Block-Off Plate seals a 44mm V-band external wastegate port when the EWG is not in use. An open EWG port flows exhaust gases freely, eliminating boost control and creating a serious exhaust leak.

When a manifold built for an external wastegate is used without one, the 44mm V-band port must be sealed. The GrimmSpeed plate seals it cleanly using the factory V-band clamp. No tools required beyond a clamp wrench.
