This is the Boomba Racing Blow-Off Valve Adapter. This adapter mounts between the OEM bypass valve/solenoid and the stock turbo/charge pipe causing the unused charge air to vent to the atmosphere giving off the well-known but distinct turbo blow-off valve noise.
