The ACT ProLite flywheel is a steel flywheel machined to reduce rotating mass compared to the OEM unit. Lighter flywheel mass means the engine accelerates through the RPM range more quickly, on a naturally aspirated engine like the FA20, this is a meaningful and immediately perceptible improvement in throttle response and the engagement feel when rev-matching downshifts.

All components in an ACT flywheel-included kit are matched and validated together.
